Scheduling

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for tattoo services and training classes. The deposit will be credited towards the total amount of the service on the day of your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify me 7 days prior to your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel without at least a week notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you have a cold or are not feeling well, please let me know. If you show up sick to the appointment, you will be sent home and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit fee. Additional deposit will be required to reschedule.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel/reschedule the day of the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged full remaining balance of the service fee.

  • Please do not bring guests or pets to the appointment. 

Payment

  • Cash, venmo, and zelle are accepted.

  • All major credit cards are accepted with a 3% transaction fee.

Disclaimer

  • Elevate Beauty Studio is not liable for any changes to shape and color that you wish to make after reaching an agreement during the consultation. Please review the shape and color carefully before we start the tattooing process. 

  • If you have previous tattoo (brows, lips, eyeliner), please send a clear photo prior to booking. If any clients come in with previous work without letting me know, appointment will be canceled and will result in a loss of deposit.

  • Please review pre-care and aftercare instructions carefully. 

  • Prices are subject to change at anytime.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
